Ok, since it is summer and I have now been forced to do nothing, I figure I can get back into writing in my blog. Well, first off, I have acute CMV (cytomegalovirus). It sounds all scary doesnt it? Well, it is. It's an inflammation of the liver. Most people are exposed to it as children, show no symptoms, and then build up an immunity to it. Of course, I am one of those lucky people who felt like shit for a week and have now been told to do nothing to recover. You catch it the same way as mono. Damn. Guess we all know what I was doing.  I had to quit working for a couple weeks to get better.

However, I am going to New York with Sayaka to look for an apartment on Thursday.  Since she is going to be a student and I am basically unemployed, we have to stick to a budget.  We're trying to get a place in Astoria, Queens. It's one of the trendier neighborhoods where a lot of young people live. Naturally, Trump Tower was my first choice, but I figured Manhattan traffic would get on my nerves every day and then I'd have to worry about where to park the Jag. Cough cough.

Well, the really annoying thing about CMV is that even though this post wasnt that long, I am not tired of typing and must go to bed. God has punished me for kissing a boy by striking me down with this evil virus. I can't even drink for a month!
